ITH-RAISE DRILL
The MEDATech Borterra R-48TRaisePro™ is a multi-purpose ITH-Raise Drill that sets a new standard in efficiency, versatility and innovation. The track-mounted In-The-Hole (ITH) drill was designed to drill 3.5” to 48” holes: ITH production holes, maintenance & service holes, blast hole slot raises and manways/escapeways. RaisePro™ is equipped with an industry-leading top drive, ultra-heavy duty mast with split centralizer, breakout jaw, and highly accurate Borterra custom control system. All machine functions are managed through programmable modules via a CAN-BUS controller, providing efficient and seamless remote operation. DRILLS AND ROD HANDLERS
Through our partnership with Borterra (a division of MEDAtech), we offer the latest innovations in drilling technologies, such as hybrid sonic/water drills and robotic rod handlers. Known for developing unique drilling solutions, Borterra drill rigs and associated equipment are used extensively in mining, construction, oil & gas and other drilling applications across North America and around the world.
The Borterra WS6000 is a Tier 5 diesel powered drill that is self contained and track mounted, and can use sonic drilling OR Fluid Hammer Drilling technologies (through Wassara). Contact us to learn more about the WS6000 and other custom drill rigs.
DRILL CUSTOMIZATION & REPAIRS
Archer Mining & Civil Services can facilitate the modification, upgrading or repairs of your existing equipment. We can oversee changes to your equipment hole size, voltage, upgrades to machinery controls, installing rod-handling capabilities and completing general repairs. We also have data collection and drilling optimization packages available.
As the authorized Canadian Representative for Center Rock Inc. (CRI) and supporting Medatech Engineering’s client base, we provide fast and efficient service, repair and overhaul of drills, DTH hammers, RotoLoc overburden systems and CRI LP Canister Drills and Attachments.
RAISE DRILLS
Through our partnership with Center Rock Inc., Archer Mining & Civil Services offer raise bore low profile drills which are ideal for underground mining applications. The LP comes in a variety of diameters from 20″ to 120″, can be used in push or pull situations, and feature free spinning bits which help to maintain gauge of bore and reduce wear.

Archer Mining & Civil Services carries the complete line of Center Rock Inc DTH hammers, drills and downhole bits ranging from 3.5” – 48” (89mm – 1219mm). They provide superior performance in a wide variety of rock drilling applications such as foundation & geotechnical drilling, blasthole drilling in quarries & mines, waterwell & geothermal boreholes, oil & gas underbalanced drilling, horizontal directional drilling, and utility transmission & distribution rock sockets.
